AEdit is a simple, Notepad like GUI text editor for AtheOS. AEdit is
ideal for simple text editing and development. It is small and lightweight,
but full of useful features! AEdit makes editing easier, with right click menus and buttons to perform editing tasks, while at the same time remaining a small and lightweight text editor. AEdit is available in both source and pre-compiled binary versions. The CodeView (libcodeview.so) library is required to compile AEdit 0.6 from source, although you will require GNU Binutils, GNU Gcc and GNU Make installed to compile. Please read the README file which is included with AEdit for information on installing the software. AEdit is released under the GNU General Public License. Please read the COPYING file included with the software, or visit the GNU website for more information. |
